Virtual Recruiter referral program
One of the best ways for us to find out what's going on in today's IT job
market is through you. Recruitment agencies often use candidates as a source to
find other candidates and jobs. We have found that candidates are always
willing to help, which we are grateful for, and we think its time to give
something back.
That's why we are pleased to launch our Virtual Recruiter program. Our 'virtual
recruiters' are our eyes and ears in the market place. Through their workplace
and personal connections, they are our key partners in identifying IT
recruitment opportunities. Omniat's virtual recruiters notify us of the
potential job or candidate, with contact details and other necessary
information.
On successful filling of the job, or placement of the candidate, Omniat rewards
the referring virtual recruiter with cash or a voucher. There a 3 levels of
referral - Gold $1000, Silver $750, Bronze $500. (terms & conditions apply)
