This company is a highly successful software development company focussing on the Australian financial services industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of support staff that monitor and support hardware / software solutions in-house and for external clients.

Your team will be made up of 12 staff including 2 team leaders that coordinate the software and hardware teams. You will need experience in supporting both software and hardware. Your team will be the final escalation point of any support issues the helpdesk team cant handle.

Skills needed

• Management experience in a support environment.
• Knowledge of Hardware (UNIX, UniData, UniVerse, Windows)
• Knowledge of Software / Database (Licensing, DB2, UB, SQL)
• Experience in retail banking (desirable)
• Prioritise issues and formulate appropriate response plans.
