Job Description:
My client, a development/services company located in the south eastern suburbs, is seeking an experienced project manager to manage software implementation and migration. You must have at least 5 years experience in software projects. You will also have excellent communication skills, as there will be significant client interaction in this role.

To be considered for the role, you will need the following skills:
Project Management
• Liaise with service managers in scoping, supporting and delivering projects
• Managing end to end projects including schedules, stakeholders, coordinating project plan and design, costs and risk management
• Manage and monitor implementations ensuring clients, budgets and internal stakeholders are satisfactorily maintained
• Follow up and review projects with services managers and clients
Financial Management
• Ensure projects are costed and maintained according to project budgets
• Identify and monitor potential risks that may have impacts on budgets
Management
• Providing advice and guidance to project team
• Ensure all parties communicate and understand their roles in the implementation process
• Performance management of services staff to ensure projects are going to plan
• Competent technical understanding to effectively manage services staff
• Reporting to executive team on implementations
• Managing client relationships and expectations
