Leading a team of 3 developers on development projects your responsibilities will include systems lead design and architecture, development producing code and technical specifications, system testing and documentation
Coupled with excellent communication skills you will have first rate experience in Delphi and some exposure to.Net C# ASP.net, SQL (stored procedures), Solid understanding of forms and web based development using the .Net framework, experience or knowledge of Delphi migration to .Net is highly desirable.
